However, in that vein I have decided to dredge up some old pictures I took back in November that I meant to post but never did. They are Thanksgiving leftover potstickers. Yum, yum, yum!

I had actually made three kinds.
The first were potsticker skins filled with green bean casserole, parmesan, and garlic.
The second set I fried up were turkey, stuffing, and gravy.
I ground the turkey in my food processor with the stuffing then used the congealed gravy as the base to hold it all together. This worked really well and was seriously tastey.

The last set I made were turkey, cranberry, and brie. I chopped everything super fine then mixed it with some mayonaise to hold it all together when filling the potsticker skins.
The final cooked result was gooey but good.

I should have taken pictures of the insides... oh well.
Happy weekend!
